The couple is having trouble forming a relationship with Isla, and when they can’t get her to settle, the strain becomes too much for them. David, on the other hand, comes up with a viable solution, albeit is it one Aaron wants to hear?

Aaron and David aren’t the only ones having trouble adjusting, as Leo tries to comprehend the news that he is the father of the baby the boys thought was theirs – things are becoming a little complex on Ramsay Street.

- Toadie and Melanie’s friendship blossoms
Melanie and Toadie are back on track and stronger than ever after Melanie’s video statement of love at the film festival. Next week, Nell asks Melanie a question that necessitates a delicate response, and Melanie delivers by precisely responding to her.
Melanie’s degree of craziness is a wonderful fit for the Rebecchi family, Toadie assures her. Will it be easy sailing for these two now, at least for the time being?
- Hendrix reveals everything after Roxy’s accident
When Roxy gets hurt after a night out on the town with Hendrix, his downward spiral is going to have a knock-on impact on another Ramsay Street resident.
Hendrix is irritated when Mackenzie, Karl, and Susan try to persuade him to reconsider his decision to quit Erinsborough High. He enlists Roxy’s help to go out for some fun since he needs an escape, but things quickly go awry for them both.
- Karl makes a big statement
Just when Melanie’s life appears to be returning to normal, Doctor Karl appears to rock the boat once more. Karl is owed part of the prize money from the film festival, and while Melanie claims she left it on the table for him to pick up, he claims it was not there, and the conversation quickly becomes tense during lunch when he accuses her of pocketing the money herself.
Will Karl be obliged to apologise if he doesn’t know where the money went?
- Sheila has a rude awakening
Amy’s polyamorous relationship with Levi and Ned has gotten a lot of attention, but no one has been more shaken by it than Sheila.
Sheila is not happy when she hears that both boys spend the night at Amy’s new flat and believes that they have had a threesome, despite the fact that she has been trying to keep out of it lately.
Sheila, being Sheila, can’t keep her ideas to herself, and Amy is furious when she discovers she has been talking.
- Leo makes a choice
Despite the fact that baby Abigail is not theirs, David and Aaron have a strong bond with her and are driven to check on her when they hear her screaming in number 22.
They take over her care from Terese, and while they are only attempting to assist, Leo and Britney are not happy. Will Aaron and David be able to say goodbye to Abigail before Leo and Britney decide to leave Erinsborough?
- Paul attempts to reclaim Terese
Terese and Paul are on the verge of breaking up, and it appears like there may be no turning back after Paul’s recent shady actions sickened her.
Paul goes out to Jesse, desperate to make apologies, in an attempt to encourage him to return from Sydney, but Terese is not as appreciative as he had anticipated.
To make matters worse, Terese informs Paul that she has her own plan in mind, and Paul is not pleased when he discovers what it is…
- Nicolette expresses herself to Chloe
Nicolette and Chloe’s relationship did not end well, but now that Nic is back, Chloe is hopeful that they will be able to work things out. Nic does not react well when she sees her ex wearing her engagement ring, so that appears to be a difficult assignment.
Chloe’s justification that it helps her feel closer to Nicolette does not go down well, and she is told that there is no hope of reconciliation. Is everything really over for them?
