The beloved Home and Away star was pictured taking a romantic stroll with a handsome mystery man.

After a “hectic” 2022, a happy Kate Ritchie was spotted sharing a kiss with a new unidentified man.

The former Home and Away star and AGT judge was captured on camera Wednesday while strolling along Sydney’s Bronte Beach with her new love.

John Bell, Ritchie’s ex-boyfriend, and her broke up in the latter part of last year.

The radio personality appeared to be over over with for her tall, blonde, and charming new beau, who was dressed for a romantic daylight stroll in black shorts, a dark grey T-shirt, and dazzling white sneakers.

Ritchie looked effortlessly chic in a button-down shirt, matching shorts and Chanel sneakers.

The happy-looking couple walked hand-in-hand, while at one point the “mystery man” put his arm affectionately around Ritchie’s shoulder and planted a kiss on her forehead.

The two were first seen together two weeks ago as Ritchie’s daughter Mae, from her marriage to retired NRL player Stuart Webb, joined them for an evening picnic at Coogee Beach.

Ritchie, who had a challenging 2022, can look forward to a pleasant start to the new year thanks to the new connection.

The well-known media personality left her radio show on NOVA FM last year to concentrate on her health and welfare after a busy schedule left her “weary” and in need of “re-energizing.”

In an official statement posted on the Nova website in October, she said, “I’m exhausted and I just need a break for a short while (to) have more time for me, and my family, to re-energise.”

Ritchie added that she was the type of person to “invest a lot of emotional energy into everything I do”.

She cited her family, work, and recent radio and television work as priorities. She added that she had written a children’s book in her spare time.

“Recharge the batteries so you can start fresh the next year.

And even if it’s only temporary, I’ll miss you all. In the New Year, I’ll see you.

Ritchie provided a status post on Instagram in January, letting her followers know she would be going back to work at NOVA FM this year and that she was “doing well and thrilled for 2023.”

Ritchie was obliged to issue a statement the month before after photos of her taken in a Sydney private mental health clinic were published in an Australian newspaper.

Ritchie called the publication of photos of him entering and exiting the institution by The Daily Mail Australia “a horrific infringement of my privacy.”

Ritchie sent a message on Instagram a few hours after the Daily Mail published the images on its website.

She commented, “As previously said, I am taking a hiatus till next year.

“The last year has been incredibly emotionally challenging, as well as a relentless schedule, stress, and a lack of sleep.

“I came to realise that this had led to an unhealthy reliance on alcohol.

“So I decided to use this time to do something positive by getting the help I need from professionals who specialise in this area.

“As everyone would understand, this is a very big step for me to take.

“I want to sincerely thank everybody who is supporting me.”

Her followers were in raptures when she revealed that she would be returning to her radio career.

“I can’t wait, woohoo! I’m very happy to hear that you’re doing well, said one supporter.

Another person added, “Can’t wait to hear you when you’re ready.

Another person added, “I’m glad to hear you’re doing well, and I can’t wait to hear you back in the studio when the time is perfect.

Another person said, “It’s great to read that Kate is doing well. Stay well and safe and put your needs first.”
