Bella has been hospitalized after being too ill. Colby and Mackenzie thought that she is faking it as she doesn't want to see us together and want to ruin our romantic weekend plan.
But they were shocked to know that Bella is suffering from Tetanus-it's very rare and the hospital did not have that antitoxin, so, they tried to get that from another hospital.

They had to arrange quickly as if the antitoxin is given to her late, it may damage her nerve system.
Dr. Alex realized that she needs a full round of vaccination but Bella did not want to get the vaccination. Later, Colby somehow able to make her agree and decided to take a leave from his work, so, he can be there for Bella in the hospital.
Alex told to Mason that as Bella is suffering from Tetanus which is a very rare disease, it will be dangerous for baby Grace if she lives near her.

When Bella came to know that she can't live with Baby Grace she was furious and denied taking the vaccination.

She does not want to get apart from Colby and Baby grace but if she doesn't take vaccination it will be very dangerous for Baby Grace and her.
