EastEnders star Tamzin Outhwaite shared an incredible tribute to baby Mabel Josephine Baldwin on Instagram today, welcoming the newborn to her “wonderful family” EastEnders star Tamzin Outhwaite watched her family grow up this week, welcoming Mabel Josephine Baldwin to the community yesterday morning.
The 49-year-old model, who had played Mel Owen on the BBC One soap until her character was killed off last year, celebrated the birth of the newborn with a cute tribute to Instagram.
Little Mabel was born to Dominic Baldwin and his wife Louise, who had removed Tamzin’s first cousin.
Mabel is also related to Host Holly Willoughby, who was born to her brother-in-law, Dominic.
Sharing the baby’s snap, Tamzin said, “With death comes life, and the circle keeps running.” Welcome to the universe and our beautiful family … Mabel Josephine Baldwin is … You were lucky to have Lou and Dom as your parents, and Elsie as your sister. “
She continued:” After all this crazy, I can not wait to meet you. You’ve got a lot of aunts and uncles and cousins who can’t wait to show you the way. “Holly was just as emotional about the baby’s birth, beaming happily in the ITV studios as she announced the excitement to viewers. She said,” I just wanted to share the wonderful news with you that I’ve got a brand new niece this morning. It’s Mabel Josephine Baldwin.
“Daddy Dominic and mum Louise both say thank you to the maternity unit there.” Holly and Tamzin are closely related, but not by blood. Dan, who is married to Holly, is first cousins with the Eastenders icon Tamzin, regularly attending parties as part of their close-knit clan together. No doubt, once restrictions on lockdowns are lifted, celebrations will be planned to welcome the little one into the world.
