In the first look at Friday’s EastEnders episode, Zack Hudson has an unsettling encounter with Stacey’s wife Eve.

In the aftermath of Zack attempting to avoid a run-in with Neil, the father of his former partner, two fresh images reveal some unusual uncertainty.

In Thursday’s episode, Neil appeared in the Square seeking vengeance after claiming that Zack had broken his daughter’s heart. Zack pretended to be Martin Fowler to escape getting into trouble.

When Stacey Slater’s new wife Eve Unwin arrives in Walford on Friday, Zack’s plot to deceive Neil backfires.

When Eve overhears Zack impersonating Martin Fowler, she raises a ruckus that could spell trouble for the Slaters, the Fowlers, and even Zack!

Zack and Martin will be surprised in the episode when a 1-year-old infant is left in their doorway with the note “Alyssa is yours, please take care of her,” as previously stated.

Eve getting into trouble will most likely be a regular occurrence once she arrives in Albert Square, according to new EastEnders cast member Heather Peace.

“She’s got quite a quick temper and is a little bit erratic but she’s very very fair and very very just, so when she does go and do something that is highly illegal or morally on the border, you will quite often understand why she’s doing it. But it’s probably something I wouldn’t do,” Peace said.

Heather Peace is well known for her role as Nikki Boston in Waterloo Road and recurrent roles in Silent Witness, Holby City, and Prey.

EastEnders will screen Eve’s encounter with Zack on Friday (October 29) at 8.30pm on BBC One.
