Emmerdale actor Alexander Lincoln has done something that all of us have been tempted to do in this current lockdown: cut off all of his hair (and if you haven’t done so yet, give it time).
Jamie Tate’s actor posted an Instagram Story of his super short hair, adding the following caption: “Isolation Rule 112: Don’t start your day eating all the biscuits in your flat…” Ordinarily, we would very much disagree with this rule – the more biscuits, the merrier – but perhaps in this time of social distance and essential shopping trips, it might be wise to reign in the munching for a good time.
Alexander’s Emmerdale role Jamie is currently involved in the main plot, keeping his marriage to Andrea while secretly having an affair with Belle Dingle. He recently told Belle that he was going to end his marriage to have a proper relationship with her, but we don’t know if he’s actually going to get through it – he wasn’t exactly the most trustworthy guy out there.
There’s also the fact that he was trying to get Belle fired from the veterinary surgery where they were working. When this affair finally becomes public knowledge, we are sure that people will just go ‘oh right, fair enough,’ and that there will be no drama.
