She possesses one of the most desirable bodies in the industry.

Pia Whitesell (née Miller) of Home and Away isn’t convinced she’s the right fit.

During an Instagram Q&A with her fans on Wednesday, the 39-year-old Chilean beauty made the shocking statement.

‘I wouldn’t say I am very fit, but I try to practice Pilates three times a week,’ she remarked when asked how she stays in shape.

She also admitted to ‘eating everything’ and not adhering to any particular diet.

While Pia tries to eat healthy most of the time, she admits that she can’t resist cheese and wine.

Pia told Women’s Health in 2017 that her typical day on a plate includes gourmet porridge in the morning, salad for lunch, and Mexican bowls for dinner with brown rice, beans, corn, chicken/beef, or ‘anything her sons feels like.’

Throughout the day, she munches on celery and carrot sticks, dips, pitas, and a piece of chocolate, she said.

Before relocating to Los Angeles to live with her husband Patrick Whitesell last year, the model and actress was a frequent visitor to Fluidform Pilates’ Sydney facility.

She earlier stated, ‘I practise Fluidform Pilates and I’m still very active with my boys [Isaiah, 18, and Lennox, 14].’

She enjoys swimming and other types of aerobic workouts when she is unable to attend to the gym.

Pia and her husband Patrick, on the other hand, just welcomed a new member to their family.

Pia and her multi-millionaire Hollywood agent husband, 57, acquired a cute Border Collie Pomeranian mix, which she showed off to her Instagram followers on Mother’s Day.

‘We rescued this little guy today,’ Pia captioned a cute photo of her dog on Instagram.

‘Princeton University’ (Prince). She went on to say, ‘Our small Border Collie Pomeranian Mix.’

In May of last year, Pia married her husband Patrick.

In September, she moved permanently from Sydney to the United States.

Patrick is worth an estimated US$440 million (AU$630 million) as the CEO of Hollywood talent agency WME.

Christian Bale, Matt Damon, Michelle Williams, Idris Elba, Jake Gyllenhaal, Hugh Jackman, John Krasinski, Jude Law, Ryan Reynolds, and Denzel Washington are among his clientele.

Pia has been travelling the world with Patrick since migrating to America with her husband, staying in top-tier hotels and homes.

She is well recognised for her role in Channel Seven’s Home and Away as Katarina Chapman.

She’s previously been in campaigns for Maybelline, Myer, and GHD.
