Home and Away Sam Frost has revealed that she has’ crippling anxiety’ about the coronavirus pandemic. The 30-year-old actress revealed in a blog post for her mental health site, Believe, that she had been’ hysterically crying’ on her mother’s phone because she felt so isolated. In a bid to encourage fans to put their mental health first during this trying time, Sam bravely admitted:’ Honestly, I feel more alone than ever.’ Describing the pandemic as a’ challenging time’ for the nation, Sam went on to suggest that the unknown can be’ triggering’ for those who are struggling with their mental health.

My thoughts are with you all, particularly those who are struggling with mental health problems. Instability and the unknown can be very triggering for us.’ Speaking of finding it hard, Sam added:’ I just got off the phone to my mom, I called her, weeping hysterically after a very long night of tears and debilitating anxiety, keeping me awake.’
Home and away star Sam went on to share motivation with her followers, reminding them that humans are’ resilient.’ She went on to tell viewers that their mental health was a’ priority’ and also linked to an article that helps with’ coronavirus anxiety.’ She even urged viewers to check in with their friends and family as self-isolated individuals. Ex Bachelor Star admitted that she had hit a breaking point in 2016 when her radio show with Rove McManus was facing the axe.
In October last year, Sam revealed that her mental health struggle had left her’ wrinkled in pain’ and unable to cope with it. She has struggled with internet hate after her heavily publicized splits with Bachelor Blake Garvey and Bachelorette winner Sasha Mielczarek.
According to The Herald Sun, Home and Away star, Sam said,’ All the things were piling up, and I feel like I couldn’t do it any more.’ Sam said that her mental health is a lifelong struggle for her, and she may have been passed on by her mother, who has struggled with related problems.
The blonde has long been a mental health crusader and released her website, Believe by Sam Frost, in 2018, to support others.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a respiratory illness that is accompanied by fever, coughing, sore throat, shortness of breath and fatigue. The spread of the disease, which began in Wuhan, China, has resulted in more than 245,900 cases worldwide and more than 10,000 deaths. As of Saturday afternoon, the overall number of people diagnosed with coronavirus in Australia was 1,022, with seven deaths.
