On Thursday night, Seven’s Home and Away was the top entertainment show, and the network won the overall network share.
A subsequent episode of Home And Away drew a metro viewership of 552,000 viewers, whereas a previous episode of Home And Away drew 599,000 metro viewers.
Gogglebox, which aired to 529,000 metro viewers and won two important advertising demos, 16-39 and 18-49, came next in entertainment. This was down from last Thursday’s Gogglebox program, which drew 610,000 metro viewers.
An episode of Seven’s The Chase Australia drew 525,000 metro viewers, followed by an episode of Seven’s The Front Bar, which drew 510,000 metro viewers.
RBT on Nine had a metro audience of 484,000 viewers while Making It Australia on Ten had a metro audience of 347,000 viewers. The new show’s premiere received 474,000 metro viewers.
Seven News was the most-watched program on Thursday, with 1.048 million metro viewers, followed by Seven News at 6.30 with 1.032 million and Nine News with 957,000 metro viewers.
As previously stated, Seven won the night, with a 30.6 percent overall network share over Nine’s 26.3 percent, Ten’s 19.8 percent network share, and ABC’s 15.3 percent.
On Thursday, Seven won primary channel share, while 7TWO was the top-rated multi-channel with a 3.9 percent share.
Seven News was the top show nationally across linear and BVOD television on September 16, according to the latest Daily Consolidated Total TV Report, with 1.741 million viewers, including 36,000 on BVOD.
With 1.127 million viewers, Home And Away was the most popular show in the entertainment category, with a BVOD audience of 137,000 views, a 20 percent increase.
Gogglebox, on the other hand, saw the highest increase in views, with a 24 percent increase over overnight statistics and a total of 1.023 million viewers.
