Samara Weaving, a former star of Home and Away, is rapidly making a reputation for herself in Hollywood after landing parts in Babylon, The Valet, and Scream VI. In Chevalier, which will be released in the US later this month, she will play Marie-Josephine de Montalembert, her next significant part.
The Australian actress visited The Late Late Show with James Corden as part of her press tour to talk about how “awkward” it may be to film sex scenes on location. She was “super naked” in one especially heated moment, and her co-star Kelvin Harrison Jr. made a “terrible” statement.
She began by telling the host that “[sex scenes are] always super awkward and very mechanical and not at all sexy.”
Anyhow, it being a Friday, we were in bed, and I was completely naked. She disclosed, to the audience’s amusement, “He’s there, we’re making out, and this is the point that the decides to go, ‘Ugh, I just want to quit.’”
“I couldn’t believe it, to be honest! Samara joked, attempting to cover her body with her hands, “I looked wonderful.
She said that her co-star did apologize when host James Corden questioned whether she had told him that his remark had made her feel terrible.
“He felt guilty. I’m really sorry, I’m just so weary, he said after that. I’m pretty worn out. So yeah, I almost made Kelvin give up his career with my lovemaking,” the Ready or Not actor jokingly remarked.
The actor did admit that Kelvin’s schedule was very demanding because of his role as Joseph Bologne, Chevalier de Saint-Georges.
She remarked, before adding that he was filming every day, “He was having a rough time, and he was, because Kelvin…was up at like 3 am playing the violin, he was learning how to fence a million people.”
Samara stuns in see-through dress
Samara recently appeared in public wearing a provocative see-through outfit. The 30-year-old beauty dressed up in glitz for a night out with her buddies.
She was dressed in a black Versace dress with long sleeves that hugged her figure and landed at her ankles. She could still see her matching black underwear through the unique gown’s knitted black holes, which were covered with unique holes.
Samara made the decision to wear her hair back in a tight ponytail and go minimal with her accessories in order to highlight the scoop-necked dress.
She wore dramatic eye makeup that highlighted her blue eyes and exquisite diamond earrings and an ear cuff from Anita Ko.
Her famous friends were enamored with her gorgeous appearance; Australian actors Rose Byrne, Lincoln Younes, and Brittany Hockley liked the post.
