NEIGHBOURS favourite Roxy Willis could be killed off in upcoming scenes on the Channel 5 soap as her wedding to Kyle Canning will end in disaster and the death of one Ramsay Street resident.
Last month on Neighbours, Roxy (Zima Anderson) was distraught to learn that her partner Kyle (Chris Milligan) had been diagnosed with testicular cancer. He asked her to marry him because he wanted to make the most of his life, and when she said yes, the planning for the wedding of the century began. However, their happy day will be ruined in upcoming scenes on the Channel 5 soap as a deadly storm sweeps down Ramsay Street, with disastrous implications, and Roxy could be the unwitting victim.
It was recently confirmed by show bosses the disaster would take place at the beginning of the year on the very day Roxy and Kyle are planning to get married.
Following a short glimpse of the destruction set to take place in a trailer for the year ahead, residents are seen running for shelter.
“While Kyle and Roxy’s wedding preparations are in full swing for their big day, a terrible storm carrying gale-force winds threatens to bring the celebrations to a tragic halt,” the team behind the daily serial drama said in a statement.
“Which of our people will be harmed if calamity strikes during the festivities?” It came to an end, leaving fans to speculate over who would be killed off.
Because it’s her big day, and weddings don’t always go well for the happy couple, Roxy could be the first to perish.

This April will mark three years since the feisty character entered the show as Terese Willis’ niece, having relocated to Ramsay Street in 2019. (Rebekah Elmaloglou).
When a new regular character is introduced, the actor who will play them is usually offered a three-year contract to see if the audience likes them.
After this period, the Erinsborough local is reevaluated to see if it is still needed or if it is time to say goodbye.
With this in mind, it may be Roxy’s time to leave, and her death would usher in a slew of new storylines for other people.
Firstly, her auntie Terese would have to deal with the grief of losing another member of her family, so near to her relapse into alcoholism.
Kyle would likewise be devastated if he lost the love of his life, especially after she aided him through a period when he believed his life was in jeopardy.
Sheila Canning (Colette Mann) will also be saddened by the death of her mini-me because, despite their rocky start, they had become strong friends.
The death of their friend and confidant will also affect Hendrix Greyson (Benny Turland) and Mackenzie Hargreaves (Georgie Stone).
One person who might not be too sad to see the back of Roxy after the deadly storm moves on from Ramsay Street could be Harlow Robinson (Jemma Donovan).
In scenes airing very soon in the UK, Harlow will be seen feuding with the bride-to-be, who hasn’t asked Paul Robinson’s (Stefan Dennis) granddaughter to be her bridesmaid.
As the youngster confronts her buddy, Roxy retaliates, telling her that she believes she hasn’t been a friend in months.
Harlow tries to apologize after letting the dust settle and speaking with her uncle David Tanaka (Takaya Honda).
Unfortunately, this is in vain, and despite David’s encouragement, she believes she is unwelcome at the wedding.
Paul’s granddaughter may believe her friend deserved what she got for ignoring her and excluding her from the big day.
Roxy’s mother, Gemma Ramsay (Beth Buchanan), is returning to Ramsay Street, which is another significant clue she could be a storm victim.
Gemma will arrive just in time for the wedding, but as she spends more time with Roxy, she finds it increasingly difficult to conceal her disapproval of the wedding.
As a result, the bride-to-be forbids her mother from accompanying her on her wedding dress shopping trip, opting instead to take Mackenzie.
When Gemma sits down with Kyle’s grandma, Sheila, she discovers that if she does not support her daughter, she will lose her.
In a tragic turn of events, the storm may strike just as the bride’s mother is about to provide her acceptance of the marriage.
This is the point at which Roxy could become entangled in the chaos and lose her life without having the opportunity to speak to Gemma one final time.
Speaking about her character’s future, the actress who plays Roxy, Zima, teased there could be some trouble on the horizon.
“[There’s going to be] heartbreak and hard times,” she explained as well as adding: “Roxy and Harlow’s friendship might never be the same.”
