According to a report on Wednesday by realestate.com.au, Ryan Moloney’s property from Neighbours has gone on the market with a price range of $1.3 million to $1.4 million.

The listing comes just days after Ryan sold his Mornington Peninsula mansion for an estimated $8 million. The 42-year-old actor has played Jarrod ‘Toadfish’ Rebecchi on the soap for 27 years.

The Neighbours property is located at 3 Pin Oak Court in Melbourne’s Vermont South, but is better known to fans as 30 Ramsay Street, according to the source.

For lovers of the long-running show, the home also has plenty of Easter eggs, and it was previously sold in 2013 for $867,000.

In the living room, there’s a wedding photo of Scott and Charlene, who are played by Jason Donovan and Kylie Minogue, respectively, and in the study, there’s a Ramsay Street sign.

Andrew Whitney, who owns two of the six properties on the famed street, currently owns the home.

‘I just hope there’s a family there on auction day who is as desperate as I was to make it part of their future tale,’ he said.

The home’s sale is expected to generate ‘interest from all over,’ according to Docking Real Estate head Adam Docking.

‘In terms of purchasers, we anticipate people who love the neighbourhood and see the potential in the site, as well as the extra bonus of owning a piece of Australian television history,’ he said.

It comes only days after Ryan’s home in Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula was found to have been sold for an undisclosed sum.

According to a storey by realestate.com.au published this week, the actor advertised the enormous estate in January with a price range of $7.5 million to $8 million.

Ryan bought the house in 2015, which stands on 4.33 hectares of property and is near to the beach.

There’s a pool, a gym, a half-court basketball court, a barn, a riding arena, and stables on the property.

Meanwhile, in a tweet earlier this month, Neighbours confirmed that the long-running drama would be ending production.

‘After over 37 years and approximately 9,000 episodes broadcast, we regret to inform you that Neighbours will be ending production in June,’ they wrote.

‘Following the loss of our important broadcast partner in the United Kingdom, and despite a thorough search for alternative funding, we have no choice but to put the show on hold.’

‘We know this is a big disappointment to our amazing, dedicated fans, as it is to all of us on the team. We appreciate all of your messages and support, and we pledge to end the programme on a positive note. We’ll be commemorating Neighbours from now on.’

In a statement to Australian media earlier this month, Network 10 acknowledged that ending the series was a “tough decision.”
