Three months after leaving Channel Seven’s Home and Away, Sam Frost is ready to return to television in a new lifestyle show.

On a new series called My Road to Adventure, the 32-year-old will star with her sister Kris Ross.

The sisters will journey down Victoria’s famous Great Ocean Road in an RV.

‘We’re very excited to join the My Road to Adventure gang again,’ Sam told the Herald Sun, ‘and this time we’ll be making the voyage to the Great Ocean Rd in Victoria.’

‘The Great Ocean Road has a special place in my heart and means a lot to our family. ‘I can’t wait to go back.’

On the previous season of the show, Sam and Kris visited Queensland’s Hervey Bay and Fraser Island.

According to The Daily Telegraph, Sam, a former Bachelorette, shot her final scenes for Home and Away in December at Sydney’s Eveleigh Studios.

To be closer to her friends and family, the actress relocated to Melbourne.

After revealing she was unvaccinated at the time, Sam has called limitations on the unvaccinated “segregation.”

‘I was extremely apprehensive about filming a video or even speaking up about this sort of thing, but I feel like it’s getting to a stage now in the world where there’s a lot of segregation,’ Sam said in an emotional video posted to Instagram in October.

‘There’s a lot of harsh judgement and comments being tossed around a lot, and it’s definitely having a toll on my mental health, and I know people around me are hurting, especially if they don’t want to get vaccinated for whatever reason.’

‘There are many different reasons why people do not get vaccinated, and it might be because to their medical history, their worries, their family history, or religious beliefs.’

Sam then claimed she hadn’t been vaccinated, but that she had discussed her option with both her medical doctor and a psychologist.

‘It’s a really hard moment to be in society right now, and you feel like you’re less of a human, and you feel like others criticise you,’ she continued bitterly.

‘And you’re afraid to express your thoughts or sentiments, and a part of you wants to say, ‘Well, it’s none of your damn business why I’m not!’ And there are valid reasons for this, and I don’t want you to pass judgement on me.’

She explained that it was critical for the unvaccinated to take care of their mental health, especially as fully vaccinated Australians regain their freedoms.

Sam disabled her primary Instagram account and blocked all comments on the account for her mental health organisation Believe By Sam Frost after receiving severe criticism for her video.
