Sam Frost and Harley Bonner, former cast members of Home And Away, were passed over for this year’s TV Week Logie Awards.

Emerald City reports that the two were not given invitations to TV’s night of evenings and will not be attending with their fellow former Home And Away cast members.

A Seven spokesperson told the report that due to ‘limited ticketing’ invites were only extended to actors currently filming the soap show.

‘Invitations were extended to the cast presently working with the production due to limited ticket availability. According to them, Sam ended filming in December 2021.

Coincidentally, both actors abruptly left Home and Away shortly after the program’s production firm Seven West Media required its cast and crew to get the Covid-19 vaccine last year.

However, neither Harley nor Sam have officially said that they departed the show due to their individual immunisation histories.

Sam, who had been the show’s nurse Jasmine Delaney since 2017, left in December of 2016.

Less than a year after joining the show as Logan Bennett, Harley left Home And Away in January 2022.

The 30-year-old actor published a lengthy Instagram essay criticising cancel culture after leaving the soap opera.

The Logies organisers also affirmed that sending out invitations for the ceremony did not raise any concerns about guests’ immunisation status.

The spokesman told Emerald City that “the state and venue requirements do not need [vaccination status from attendees].

After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the Logies will take place on Sunday night.
