For his commitment and dedication to Australia’s number one soap opera, the veteran Home and Away cast member has become a household name.
Ray Meagher has won the TV Blackbox Award for Most Popular Actor.
During the live telecast of the awards on TV Blackbox, actress Sarah Monahan announced the winner.

Ray Meagher, a longstanding cast member who has been with the show from its inception in 1988, is the only one who calls Summer Bay home. Meagher, who has won the hearts of every Australian home, is a wonderful and gifted artist in the television industry who is richly deserving of this TV Blackbox Award.
