Just a few months after announcing their beautiful wedding in Centennial Park, former Home And Away’s Luke Jacobz has welcomed a baby with wife, Raychel Stuart.
Luke took to Instagram to reveal the baby girl entered the world on November 14, 2023.
He said, “Words cannot express how thrilled we are to welcome our bundle of joy into the world.”
We could not ask for anything more ideal than you, Maisie; you are so cherished. Mama is doing well. Our delivery day was somewhat “eventful,” but it was all worthwhile.
“November 14, 2023.”
Former co-stars of Home and Away, including Emily Weir, Sarah Roberts, Todd Lasance, and Lynne McGranger, congratulated each other in comments on the post.
In July, the actor took to Instagram to announce the exciting baby news with an adorable photo of Raychel holding a romper and their pooch Dash joining in on the love.
“2023 has been quite the year! Wedding in June & A Baby in November,” he wrote.
“We already have so much love in our home and can’t wait to welcome our bundle of joy.
“I’m so in awe of my incredible wife! She’s doing such a great job!”
The little addition to the family will arrive in November 2023, and we cannot wait to find out what they’ll name the baby.
The announcement was followed by an overwhelming amount of love in the Instagram comments.
“Congratulations!!!!! So super happy for you both,” Melissa Doyle wrote.
Sunrise weatherman Sam Mac commented: “Wonderful news mate! Congratulations”.
Meanwhile fellow Home And Away turned Dancing With The Stars contestant Emily Weir also shared the love, writing: “Omg how fantastic! Congrats babes x”.
It has been quite the busy year for Luke and Raychel who said “I do” on June 3 in an intimate Sydney wedding.
Between getting engaged in 2018 and actually getting married, the pair waited a long time due to the pandemic ruining their original plans. But now it seems the pair couldn’t wait any longer to get started on creating a family.
