Bobby Brazier, a finalist on Strictly Come Dancing, has been thinking back on his life with TV presenter Jeff after the show.

Bobby Brazier, a finalist on Strictly Come Dancing, said he is “lost” in his life because of the BBC ballroom show. When asked how he was doing since the end of the show, the EastEnders actor revealed the information today while making an appearance on Loose Women with his father Jeff.

To be honest, I’m relieved to have four women around me so that we can discuss this. I’m a little lost right now. I’m having ice cream for breakfast because I miss Dianne. I’m not in any specific location. I’m at a loss for what to do,” he admitted with emotion.

He asked, “How long can eating ice cream for breakfast [be a thing]?” before summarizing his experience appearing on the program. It made me happy and very upset, but I also made lifelong memories. He hinted, “I knew from the beginning that I just wanted to keep going and I didn’t want to miss anything.

“I feel as though I was able to fully experience Strictly. I did not skip any dances. I was overwhelmed with happiness and deeply distressed, and I embraced every moment of it,” he remarked.

However, given his son’s incredible year, father Jeff expressed his concerns for his 20-year-old son. In addition to his experience on Strictly, in September 2022 he joined EastEnders and went on to win the National Television Awards’ Best Newcomer category for his work there.

“Bobby, from the NTAs forwards and actually with obviously EastEnders and everything he’s done since he left school – it’s a really steep ascent that he’s made,” Jeff thought. “And in some respects you watch it and you’re like ‘Wow this is brilliant’.”

“But there’s also a part of me that is just like ‘I just need to make sure he’s [safe].” he said.

“I would say that he cannot continue on that trajectory. A part of me is just concerned about what will happen to him when he reaches that roadblock.

“This is not an easy industry. Everyone seated at this table is aware of that.

“I’m here for the highs and lows that this journey will bring,” he said to thunderous applause from the studio audience.

In a closely contested final, Bobby and his professional partner Dianne Buswell just missed winning the glitterball trophy.

They had 117 points, which put them in second place on the leaderboard after the judges’ scores.

With 119 points, Layton Williams and Nikita Guizman led the judges’ score, followed by Vito Copolla and Ellie Leach with 115.

Nevertheless, Ellie and Vito were ultimately proclaimed the winners when the public vote was taken into consideration.
