Daniel Osbourne of Coronation Street has been having difficulties lately after discovering that Daisy Midgeley had cheated on him with Ryan Connor. He ended their engagement and relationship and threw Daisy out of the apartment.
The way Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) behaved tonight after becoming enraged with Daisy Midgeley (Charlotte Jordan) left Coronation Street viewers speechless. Daisy recently admitted to Daniel that she had an affair with Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott). Daniel began making plans for their future after Daisy felt guilty.
Since then, Daniel has ejected Daisy from their apartment and found it difficult to be around her, making unplanned meetings uncomfortable. Tonight, they ran into each other on the street and got into a slanging match, which was when Daniel’s darker side started to show.
After bumping into one another, Daniel expressed: “I would invite you to come to lunch but I don’t want too. I am not good enough for you though clearly.
“Have you heard the latest? Ryan and Crystal are getting back together and going up to Glasgow to start a new life together, tomorrow Simon tells me.
“Still… further away from you the better I suppose. Dodged a bullet there. So, what now then? Suppose you just wait for the next sap to come along?”
Daisy responded: “No I don’t actually. I don’t need you or Ryan or anyone. Me and Jenny are going to open the pub without your money.”
Stunned, Daniel asked: “Really? Did you sell a cow for some magic beans or? Well, I look forward to the grand re-opening.
“I will stick it in my diary, it’s the 12th of never, isn’t it? It’s the same day that I will believe a single word that comes out of your mouth.”
