General Hospital spoilers reveal Ava Jerome (Maura West) is going to have the most unsettling of Christmases. Prepared to spend part of the holiday with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros), she’s not going to wake up rested when Christmas morning rolls around.
But will these ghosts of Ava’s past pester her around the clock on Christmas Eve, or will these ghosts actually be people from her past that she’ll be forced to interact with once again?
We can only hope for the latter because rattling Ava’s cage is mildly entertaining, but we all know she’s not afraid to put an end to whoever is tormenting her.

There are rumours that Matt Cohen’s handsome and trustworthy Dr. Gryphon Munro may be spending the holidays back in the city.
Maybe Gryphon will travel to Port Charles for the vacation with Ellie Trout (Emily Wilson), who is pining to visit Georgie Spinelli (Lily Fischer) one more.
Ava will be hurt to see Gryphon move on with someone else while she hasn’t found that special someone, and Gryphon won’t be able to go through town without making contact with his ex-girlfriend. Perhaps they will form a group with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Damien Spinelli (Bradford Anderson).
GH Spoilers Hint Kiki is Around the Corner
Okay, so her memory may not be instantaneous, but Kiki Jerome (Haley Erin) most definitely is. It won’t be any easier for Ava to overlook how empty the holiday season seems without Kiki around when she runs into Gryphon.
Not only is her death remembered annually on the anniversary of her passing, but she is also reminded of every family memory that is being created while she is not present.
Ava is overcome by the emptiness she leaves behind, and to make matters worse, the sorrow she harbours for having handled things with her daughter in the manner she did before her passing will follow her throughout eternity.

It’s up in the air this one. Will she believe she’s losing her mind because she thinks she sees Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth)? Will he appear to her as an apparition or in a dream?
