They can’t all be winners, either.

Nic is going to stand battle against the Robinson attorneys, who she thinks is virtually invincible. How will she be able to prevent them from abducting her infant daughter?

When the repercussions from her marriage ending cause Terese to drink again, she is renewing the toughest struggle of her life. Is it possible to save her before she takes a fatal sip?

Melanie (Lucinda Cowden) also receives some bad health news when a little mishap leads to a sad revelation.

Here’s what’s coming next in Neighbours…

An illness is discovered as a result of a wrestling tragedy

Toadie has always secretly longed for his children to follow in his footsteps, so when Nell announces she’s a budding wrestler, he’s overjoyed. He and Melanie decide to make it a huge family day and transform the lounge into a wrestling bout. Melanie stumbles and fractures her wrist just as things are getting started. David examines the fracture and is immediately worried since it is not a typical fracture — it has caused significant damage and indicates that she may have osteoporosis. Mel is humiliated by the prospect of contracting ‘old woman sickness,’ and she buries her head in the sand regarding the gravity of the situation. Will Toadie be able to persuade her to take the test?

Kyle is a cancer patient

Toadie is immediately on Kyle’s case when he returns from Frankston, probing into what happened there. Toadie suspects something is wrong because his friend hasn’t been forthcoming about the trip. When Kyle becomes evasive, his fears are verified. He then notices Roxy weeping and realizes what has happened. Naturally, the response he gives is incorrect; he has no knowledge that Kyle is suffering from cancer. When Kyle tells him, he’s taken aback, and he’s disappointed that his friend has been carrying this burden alone.

Even today, Kyle refuses to notify his family, claiming that his grandmother would be unable to cope, especially because he is unsure of the following steps. Roxy, on the other hand, is having trouble dealing with the circumstance.

Will he tell his family the truth in order to assist her?

The quest for Isla the baby begins

Paul has his criminal attorneys’ phone numbers memorized and is prepared to call them if David requests it. Aaron is the one dragging his feet; he isn’t ready to take this potentially hazardous step. Nic learns about Paul’s plan and is scared that she will lose her daughter since she knows she will be unable to compete. Jane notices Nic’s anxiety and approaches Paul herself, offering him a proposal she believes he won’t refuse.

Terese is in danger of relapsing

Terese breaks down her guard and admits to Harlow that she misses her spouse, and Harlow agrees not to keep it a secret. In fact, she tells it to the one person Terese didn’t want to hear it from. When she finds out what Harlow has done, she is furious and throws her out, but subsequently regrets her hasty actions and apologises. Harlow isn’t having it and has decided to support her grandfather. Terese is in a bad mood and reaches for an old friend – a bottle of wine.

Chloe arrives just in time and pours the wine down the sink, but it’s only the beginning of Terese’s relapse, especially when she receives an email announcing that she and Paul must collaborate on a project. Is she going to fall off the waggon?

Amy makes a major blunder

Amy is in hot water – Sheila discovers Amy received a text from Felicity and chose to keep it from Levi, and Sheila is quick to inform Levi. Levi is furious that Amy is so self-centred, and when he confronts her, she attempts to shift blame to Ned. Naturally, this irritates Ned, implying that Amy has successfully alienated herself from both men. Instead of attempting to correct the situation, she makes it 100 times worse by making a blunder with Felicity.

Nic discovers a flaw in the system

Nic senses Aaron’s apprehension about pursuing legal action and hopes she’s found an ally. But her efforts to persuade him to see her point of view are futile since Toadie is the one who bulldozes his way in and gets Aaron to accept Paul’s offer. Could this all backfire if they find out that David, not Nic, would be the target of character assassination in court?
